Creamy Kofta Curry (Kofta in Mushroom Sauce)

Ingredients for Kofta in Mushroom Sauce:
Butter 3 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Mushrooms (chopped) 1 cup
All-purpose flour 2 tbsp
Milk 3 cups
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Cream 1 cup
K&N’s Kofta 850 g

Ingredients for Garlic Fried Rice:
Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 3 tbsp
Boiled rice 3 cups
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green onion (chopped) as required

Directions for Kofta in Mushroom Sauce Preparation:
1. In a pan heat butter, oil and add garlic. Cook for a minute. Add onion and cook until onion is translucent. Add mushrooms and sauté for a minute.
2. Add flour and cook for 30 seconds. Add milk and cook until starts to simmer.
3. Add black pepper, salt, soya sauce and cook for a minute.
4. Add cream and mix it well.
5. Fry K&N’s Kofta as per instructions on the pack.
6. Add K&N’s Kofta into the gravy and cook until oil separates. Set aside.
Directions for Garlic Fried Rice Preparation:
1. In a deep pan heat oil and add garlic. Cook for a minute.
2. Now add boiled rice and cook for 1-2 mins. Add black pepper, salt and mix it well. Lastly add green onion and toss it well.
3. Serve this Garlic Fried Rice with Creamy Kofta Curry and enjoy.

Cooking time: 30 mins
