Abstract:
Lindsey Johnstone, MD, MS, will share her personal story of the path to leadership in the Informatics space, as well as lessons learned along the way, and how her past informs her vision for the state of Informatics Future.

1. Discuss how Emotional Intelligence can impact leadership
2. Better understand the overall workflow and intersections of the Department of Radiology
3. Describe general camps of focus for improving workflows in Radiology in a meaningful way
