CA Springfield Hellcat 500 Round Review

The Springfield Hellcat was added to the California Handgun Roster in 2023, and I was anxious to get my hands on one. The Ca version comes Optic ready, with a loaded chamber indicator, and a magazine disconnect.

The Optics ready part is much appreciated.

First impressions.
Nice Trigger.
Slim, Light weight.
Ergonomic.
Nice grippy texture.
Comes with 2 10rd magazines.
Great sights.

All in all I liked it before I shot it. Then after shooting it I liked it more. I took it out to the range with 500 rounds, and got a great feel for the gun. During the 500 rounds I never experienced a malfunction. The trigger wore in, and became lighter, crisper, and made the experience even better.

The Springfield Hellcat is an excellent gun for Concealed Carry.
