Our special visit from His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa

His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, representative of His Majesty the King for Charity and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and the Bahrain Olympic Committee visited our school last Thursday, to learn about the philosophy and goals of the school.

BPS is a future-focused community where learning is based on inquiry to develop successful independent learners in an environment that harbors respect and responsibility, stimulates inquiry, creativity, and innovation, fosters higher-order thinking, and promotes collaboration and communication.

His Highness toured the school buildings that are specially designed to serve this vision. From spacious and bright classrooms to common learning areas and natural playgrounds that are characterized by educational tools and modern equipment.


His Highness Sheikh Nasser was received by the Principal of the School, Mrs. Ghada Bou Zineddine, Mr. Mohamed Dadabhai, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Mr. Aziz Gilitwala, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Head Educational Consultant, Mr. Samir Chamaa, our Parent Teachers Association, the administration, faculty, and staff.


His Highness Sheikh Nasser was accompanied on his tour by two students from each stage and explained and commented to HH the teaching and learning process and the benefits they enjoy.


In conclusion, His Highness Sheikh Nasser visited the library with its modern features, where he met the learners and invited them to an open dialogue in which he answered their questions and interests. His Highness Sheikh Nasser stressed to all learners the importance of facing challenges with determination so that they can rise the Kingdom of Bahrain to the highest positions according to the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
