Hi, this is ‪@projectsbyjane‬ In this channel, I share sewing tips, techniques , bag making tutorials and moments in my handmade life.

In this video, I share how I sew a lined shoulder bag. Late last year I became obsessed with free motion quilting and I ended up with a lot of quilted fabric that I didn't know what to do with.

I made one into a bag and I absolutely love it. It's my go-to bag now. I've used it to lug my library books, shopping, thrown it in the washing machine a few times and it still looks good.

The best thing about sewing this bag is it's very basic so you can make one even if you're not super good at sewing. I hope you'll give it a try.
