Sew With Me: Ruffle Shoulder Peplum Top | Pattern Scout Hana Tank Hack Sewing Tutorial

Hello sewing friends! Today I have an easy little pattern hack for you: adding a cute ruffle to the shoulder of the Hana Tank (or just about any tank or sleeveless top, actually!). I'll also be showing you how to make a fully lined bodice and add elastic to the waist for a peplum blouse style. Of course, we'll end up with a beautifully finished piece that you can be proud of :)
