How Is It Made? | Brass Bracelet | Bismarck Chain Tutorial ~By Kryher

As promised, I made another bismarck chain video tutorial. This is a basic bracelet with an S clasp. Enjoy!




As I had already mentioned this chain-making adventure is inspiring me to experiment with different techniques and my own takes to classic designs, this is one of the many to come chain "How is it made?" videos. The bismarck is becoming somewhat of a personal favourite as it is simple yet elegant and it's perfect for an everyday bracelet. Also, it is very versatile and I plan on making more variations of this particular chain!




For this video I used 1mm gold brass wire and I spun it to 2,5mm coil. I used my good old oxy-hydrogen water welder for the chain and my propane flame torch for the clasp, all with hard silver solder.
