No bake lunchbox cheesecake recipe-
Crush the 12-15 digestive biscuits into a fine powder. Add 3-4 tbsp of melted butter & mix it well. Press firmly into the bottom of lunchbox containers. Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to set slightly.
For 2nd layer in a blender add 1.5 cup fresh chhena, 1 cup fresh cream, 2-3 tbsp sugar and few drops of vanilla essence. Blend smooth . Pour the chhena-cream mixture over the biscuit base. Smooth the top and refrigerate it for an hour.
For the last layer melt some dark chocolate & fresh cream and Spread a layer on top. Refrigerate for 6-7 hours or overnight until it’s set & enjoy ❤️.
