the thing that gets me about his death scene is that mer didn't spend her last moments w him like most people. she wasn't telling him he was gonna be okay or that he needed to wake up. she told him that it was okay. that she and the kids would be fine and he could go. she knew him so well that even in her pain, she spent those last moments making sure he knew it was okay for him to let go🥺🫶🏼
