MALAI FOIL CHICKEN

Ingredients

Chicken (12 pieces) 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chili paste 1 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
Hung curd 4 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp

Ingredients for Topping

Cheddar cheese grated ½ cup
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Cashew nuts grounded 2 tbsp
Cream ½ cup

METHOD

Mix all together and keep aside. Take a piece of foil according to the size of your chicken piece, put the piece of chicken on center, put a tbsp. of topping on top, wrap on all sides, steam for 15 mins before serving and serve hot.

COCONUT DREAM DESSERT

Ingredients
Flour ½ cup
Coconut milk powder 10 tbsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Baking soda ½ tsp
Salt a pinch
Sugar ¾ cup
Oil 50 ml
Egg 1
Hot milk ½ cup
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Coconut essence ½ tsp
White chocolate 300 gm
Cream 250 ml
Whipping cream 2 cups
Condensed milk ½ cup
Desiccate coconut for topping

METHOD FOR CAKE

Mix together flour, coconut milk powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, sugar, oil, egg, essence and milk in a blender, blend till all well mixed. Put in a tray or loaf tin, bake on 180 D for 20 mins till done. You can also use bakery plain cake, mix together 200 gm white chocolate and 250 gm cream, cook till melted, beat whipping cream, add the melted chocolate and cream with 5 tbsp coconut milk powder and condensed milk, put the cake layers in a dish or trifle bowl, put the coconut cream over the cake, spread 100 gm or less of melted white chocolate on top and leave it to set, sprinkle wih desiccated coconut, chill, remove 15 mins before serving.
