morning! a cosy Christmas vlog at home and preparing to host christmas, a food shop, baking cookies, countryside walks and hot chocolates. love you xx

recipe for pasta 🍝
ingredients for one person:
pasta
broccoli
spinach
1/2 bulb of fennel
1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 veg stock cube
black pepper
method 💌
1. cook pasta or gnocchi and put to one side
2. lots of olive oil, sauté fennel, onion and garlic until brown
3. once soft add in chickpeas and broccoli with pepper, celery salt
4. add in a cup of water and veg stock, cook for 5 minutes
5. add pasta back in, add spinach and serve with plant based parmesan
