The Film Society of lincoln Center has been hosting a series of free, first come, first seated public conversations hosted by Fim Society's Eugene Hernandez. they are are a wonderful way for the film going pubic to understand the gestation of a film and ask questions. HBO under-writes this program. It takes place at the inside anputheater which is small and their is no VIP section ...so people line up an hour before the schedued time. The Love is Strange conversation is particuarly interesting because Director Ira Sachs talks about how he works with actors and the actors talk about how they worked with him . Alfred Molina who stars with John Lithgow was absent in body only as much of the conversation incuded references to him, Marisa shined as she does in the movie.
