Day 1: We waited on the tarmac for 3 hours while the trouble shot an issue with the flight computer detecting a fault with the hydrolc system in one wing. 3 hrs on board later they tried to fly with it anyways. Upon taxi they determined other irregularities with the flight control systems and after 2 more hours of waiting we deboarded. A total of 5 hrs waiting on plane. We were setup in a hotel with vouchers for food covering only $20 while the hotel meal cost $40. We were asked to pay the difference.

Day 2: Boarding delayed due to weight layout issues. They tried to apply some kind of exemption for equipment failure and fly anyways, but had issues with weight layout rules. After waiting for 3 hours and downgrading multiple passengers to move them around the plane the flight finally took off, but without any of our luggage! They decided to remove all of the luggage to 'fix' the weight issue caused by them not fixing the aircraft - but oops they forgot to tell us that none of our luggage was coming (note the pilot says 'some' of your luggage and 'some' people may not be able to fly).

End of Day 2 / Day 3: Arrived in SFO without luggage and 3 hours late, missing my connection. Was NOT automatically re-booked for a new connection and when I went to the counter I was told I had disappeared from the system and they did not see a trip going from SFO to my final destination. Luckily I had printed my physical ticket. Finally got a new flights out of SFO 3 hours later and then that flight ALSO had maintenance issues with the engine. Our flight was delayed an hour while we watched them work on the engine in front of us before finally flying to my final destination. I arrive at my final destination 2 days late, without my luggage. Going to the backage counter they almost shipped it to the wrong address (a previous address of mine) without first confirming my address to me. Luckly at this point I knew better and asked them specifically which address they were shipping it to where I discovered it was wrong, and had it corrected. We'll see if that arrives ok or not.

OVER 20 HOURS ON GROUND AND THEY DIDN'T FIX THE PLANE, INSTEAD THEY TRIED TO BE CHEAP AND FLY WITH BROKEN EQUIPMENT. AND TOOK NONE OF OUR LUGGAGE
