Cilantro Chicken Burger
Chicken burgers. 1 pound ground chicken, 3 scallions chopped, half of a cup red pepper chopped small, one big handful chopped cilantro, 2 cloves minced or pressed garlic, half a teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, one lime juiced. four slices of cheese our favorite is pepper jack cheese four buns.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together and form 4 patties. Preheat cast iron pan to medium high heat. See you approximately 4 to 5 minutes then flip add cheese for another and cook For another four minutes or so.
