1894 Benz Victoria: Oldest Car On German Roads!

How can a car from 1894 be fit for modern traffic? In Germany, all motor vehicles must pass a strict technical inspection (TÜV) every two years. So will this Benz Victoria, the oldest car on Germany’s roads, the vehicle that got the world's first speeding ticket, still be able to pass and continue to motor into the future?
