A traditional English Morris dance tune from the village of Bampton in Oxfordshire, played on a Herrington C/G Anglo Concertina. A "hey" is a flowing figure-eight movement performed by three dancers in many Morris dances, but, oddly enough, there's not one in this particular dance!
