Road had just been resurfaced, a vast amount of loose chippings, No overtaking signs for a tiny part of the road, hardly any length of time to hold anyone up! 20mph MAX speed due to skid risk and putting chips onto yours or other people's cars

Van aggressive and erratic in its driving, got so angry so soon is worrying

Despite no overtaking signs, he overtook 3 cars on blind bends, just lucky there was no oncoming cars - could've ended so differently
