Why Was This Boat Full of Water? Was it just the bilge pump?

Why was this boat full of water? Was this boat sinking? Did we go out without a drain plug? Did this boat almost sink from bilge pump failure?

I made a YouTube short video of this boat draining water at the boat ramp which currently has almost 3 million views. Many of the viewers commented asking about why this boat was full of water and this video explains the reason this boat had over 100 gallons of water in it. This old boat had broken down and the engine wasn't running. This boat was going to sink if we didn't get it out of it's boat slip in the marina soon.
