Building a User-Defined data type in Studio 5000 version 32 is what this video shows how to do.

Note that User-Defined data types are referred to as UDTs.

This is the naming structure in RSlogix 5000 & Studio 5000.

They are located in the assets section of the controller organizer for your Studio 5000 program.
