How to swap the hub motor of Tynee electric skateboard?

This is the video to show how to swap the hub motor of Tynee Mini 3 SL and Tynee Ultra electric skateboard. View more at Tyneeboard.com.

Due to the application of thread glue during the installation of screws, in this video, we let the motor spin at top speed for 15 minutes to increase the temperature and soften the thread glue. This makes it easier to remove the screws. If you want to replace the entire motor (with the sleeve), you don't need to remove the old sleeve.
