Cheating the ATS Applicant Tracking System

The ATS is the first hurdle you have to get over to get an interview! Only if your Resume / CV passes the ATS, it qualifies for an actual HR screening. Over 80% of the people fail to make it to the HR screening of their Resume & CV as a result of failing to get past the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

If we get to the root of the ATS, it is actually a pretty simple system. It filters people the company DOESN’T think are a good fit.

With this in mind some people have tried to CHEAT the system over the years!

In this video I’ll be discussing 3 different cheating methods people have used over the years (don’t do it) and if you thought about applying any of these methods on your Resume / CV - not a good idea.

If you are caught cheating there MAY be consequences (also discussed in the video)
