C/w Nana: Beef Soup with Vermicelli Noodles (ເຂົ້າປຸ້ນນ້ຳຊີ້ນ == Khaopoon Nam Seen)

In this video I show how to make beef soup/stew to eat with vermicelli noodles. Khaopoon (ເຂົ້າປຸ້ນ) are vermicelli noodles. Nam Seen (ນ້ຳຊີ້ນ) indicates that it's a beef based soup. For another longer view of this video, see the recorded-live Facebook video at   / 2339333799540666  

When people say they wan't Khaopoon without saying the soup type, they using mean the kind with coconut milk, which I showed in one of my old videos (C/w Nana: Lao Chicken Curry (ເຂົ້າປຸ້ນນ້ຳໄກ່ == Khaopoon Nam Gai)
