This is the second porch we gave a complete makeover to in Silvermine Manor. This porch had the original screens and was basically a breezeway. Our customer wanted to convert this into a 3 Season Porch that was fully insullated. We installed fixed Harvey picture windows with tempered glass closest to the floor with a rolling window above. This custom window configuration allowed for ventilation and made the space safe. Another porch conversion for Silvermine Manor!
