The band saw is typically the go-to tool for cutting wooden gears. In this video, I primarily use a radial arm saw (RAS) with jigs to cut bevel gears. This technique makes it easy to cut consistent gear teeth. However, the maximum gear size that can be made is limited by the height the blade can be raised above the RAS table.
