Disability Benefits and Ménière’s Disease

Описание к видео Disability Benefits and Ménière’s Disease

Balin Law attorney Chad Delesk talks about how to get approved for disability benefits when dealing with Ménière's Disease.
To qualify for disability under any condition, you need a physical or mental impairment that significantly impacts your ability to work on a full-time basis and is expected to last at least 12 months.
Social Security has a medical listing called Disturbance of Labyrinthine Vestibular Function, listing 2.07, that lists specific criteria related to Meniere's Disease. If you meet that criteria, you will automatically qualify for disability benefits. If you don't meet SSA's definition perfectly, there is still a chance you can be approved for benefits.
