Every employer desires optimal value from employee(s). At the same time, every employee desires in return to their service, fair treatment and fair reward for his or her service. This principle does not discriminate from the most informal employment relationship such as a day's work assignment, house support as home assistant to the highest level of formal employment at whatever form or size of organization. Employee Relations creates an environment of formal and informal relationships where both parties can maximize their values. Optimal value accrues when such relationship is properly maintained, but risk including litigation's may arise where care is not taken in managing this relationship.
