Another one of my archive BBC recordings. This is Reginald Dixon At The Tower Ballroom Blackpool playing the Wurlitzer organ. On Friday 30th July 1954. I assume as this is summer time there is a live audience in the Tower Ballroom for this 10 am BBC Broadcast. Please do remember this is now a 64 years old recording and way back then in 1954 was recorded off a radio! So there are some cracks and pops and noises along the way.
