Janice started training straight away to become a property developer and investor and she hasn’t looked back.  She caught the attention of investors both in the UK and abroad to who wanted her to source properties for them as well.

Running a business and building a team has been a steep learning curve and Janice has definitely boldly grown her business. Minihan Group brings empty properties back into use, creating affordable housing for local families.
