🟢材料:
蕃茄 500克
雞蛋 2隻
薑 1小塊
雞湯(或熱水)適量
鹽、胡椒粉、芝麻油 適量

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 蕃茄洗淨切碎,薑略拍扁,煮完湯後可撈出不要。
2️⃣ 熱鍋下油,下薑、蕃茄爆香,蕃茄炒至軟爛,加入適量雞湯(或熱水)。
3️⃣ 煮至湯開後,徐徐倒入蛋液,輕輕攪拌,加入適量鹽、胡椒粉及芝麻油出鍋。

🟢Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 500g
Eggs - 2
Ginger - 1 small piece
Chicken broth (or hot water) - as needed
Salt, white pepper powder, sesame oil - as needed

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash and dice the tomatoes, lightly crush the ginger, and remove it after cooking.
2️⃣ Heat the pan then add oil to it, then add the ginger and tomatoes to stir-fry until the tomatoes are soft. Add an appropriate amount of chicken broth (or hot water).
3️⃣ When the soup boils, slowly pour in the egg mixture and gently stir. Add an appropriate amount of salt, white pepper powder, and sesame oil. Serve.
