Leng Low balances your body by alternating techniques between your left and your right. This way you learn to fight with either side equally. In typical Shaolin style, this set takes you one step further by adding a new variation following this left and right techniques. Each variation, although related to the previous techniques, has an entirely different application. Leng Low is excellent training to make you a well-rounded fighter.
