Chandramukhi Chautala gets relation for Billu to get married. When her Uncle reaches at police station to see Billu, some of the people are rehearsing for annual police function. Billu is introduced as Commissioner Gopi's nephew. Uncle, his wife and daughter doubt them on engagement day. Chautala tries to hide their identity saying various tales. Gopi's banana seller identifies him. Chautala handles him by kicking him away. However, the mohrat passes with time and Billu once again has to wait to get engaged till the next mohrat comes.
