En este video explico paso a paso como llegar a polea desde la figura de bailarina, para esta secuencia no es necesario mucha altura, al nivel donde se haga el zapato es el mismo nivel donde terminará el nudo de polea.

Este ejercicio es recomendado para nivel intermedio.
