Oxy-Dry carpet cleaning with the Rotowash

This 19 near old condo carpet is very worn in the traffic areas but i always manage to make it look good for another year. I decided to use the Rotowash oil this carpet and it did very well improving the carpet appearance and it picked up a large amount of particulates and most of thats was his from people and dogs. Interestingly the cleaning lady was there and told me the had just done a very thorough vacuuming of the whole building. I pre treated with Suspend pre spray and used Revive Rocket in the Rotowash. I used the Ryobi battery powered sprayer to apply the pre spray and it did work very well but it does atomize a lot into the air with the tip it has. I did go over the lobby areas after with my rotary and Ironman pads but very little soil was transferred onto the pads so appears the Rotowash did a very good job over all.
