In this video we are going to be making breakfast, lunch and dinner for the week. I went shopping on a budget and will show you how you can save a TON on groceries! I got my inspiration from Julia Pacheco ‪@JuliaPacheco‬ for grocery budgeting. This meal prep is fully vegetarian and includes a blueberry baked oatmeal for breakfast, sweet potato "beef" bowls for lunch and Freezer friendly vegan burritos. This sets you up for a healthy week ahead!
