Ingredients :
500 gm - Ladies Finger ( Cut in to Halves )
Fry them

Take a Pan and add
3-4 tbsp - Oil
1 tsp - Methi Dana ( Dried Fenugreek )
1 tsp - Jeera ( Cumin Seeds )
1/2 tsp - Asafoetida
3 no - Dried Whole Red Chillies
1/4 Cup - Ginger Chilli Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder
2 no - Capsicum Julien Cut
Cook in High Flame

Masala :
1/2 Cup - Corainder Leaves Chopped
3/4 Cup - Green Garlic Chopped ( Keep 1 tbsp aside )
2 tbsp - Grated Fresh Coconut
1 tbsp - Corainder Cumin Powder
Mix with Hand

add in Pan fried Ladies Finger ,
Salt to Taste
above Masala
1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder
Mix everything and Serve
Garnish with Green Garlic Chopped
