Welcome to one of my local Parkruns, this time at Bingers. Its a short course so four laps with a bugger of a climb. I still had session legs from Thursday so the fourth time up the hill left me with jelly legs.

Hope you enjoy this one, i messed up the framerate and resolution so its been a pain in the arse to get encoded.

Don't forget all the usual, like, subscribe, tell your friends, say hi in the street etc. etc.
