How to Waterproof Bathroom area and Toilet Leakage

1. Surface Preparation:- Remove all the loose particles, loose concrete using grinder or wire brush and remove all the dust and dirt.
2. After removing all these, clean the base through brust and wash out all the surface before application of chemical.
3.Filling the cracks, joints and repair the surface. #fosroc Renderoc Plug:- Emergency water-stopping capability #fosroc Renderoc Rg
(if seepage is visible)
4. Make gola ( Border all around 4 sides) with rich mortar using #fosroc#repair (Renderoc RG)microconcrete and also mix chemical like SBR, URP in it.
5. Leave border to dry for some time (8-10 hours)
6. Again remove all the loose particles in form of dust, dirt , sand or loose cement through brush
7. Before apply Primer coat #drfixit(URP) surface remained little bit damp
8. Again leave for some time (2-3hour)
9. Apply Fiber mesh on complete base and also cover all the corners with fiber mesh up to the height of 4inches.
10. Apply 1st coat of #drfixit Pidifin2k in horizontal direction
11. Again leave for some time ( 5-6hour)
12. Now apply 2nd Coating of Pidifin2k in vertical direction
13. Again leave for some time ( 5-6hour)
14. Finally Cover the treatment with thin layer of rich mortar to avoid cracking of WaterProofing layer by external Material like tiles , bricks etc .
