CHICHARON BULAKLAK is very popular here in the philippines, it is truly amazing which is well known as one of the most favorites among people who used to eat it as an appetizer, comfort/finger food, and also called PULUTAN with any alcoholic beverages such as beer, vodka or rum. You can find this here in the philipinnes in any wet market in a very affordable price. Eat it while hot and crunchy! But you have to be careful when you eat this dish because it has fats that contain high cholesterol which may harm your health so EAT THIS MODERATELY.

Here are the ingredients:

pork masentery ( bulaklak )
salt
pepper
garlic
seasoning
soy sauce
calamansi/lemon
cooking oil


For Dipping Sauce

I prepared Suka Pinakurat
and chop onion

( Optional )

any kind of vinegar
chop onion and garlic
chop spicy red chili
pinch of salt and pepper
