You can get them in your nearest Japanese major departmental stores or Japanese Snacks Specialty stores. Or if you are looking for them online, it is available in Amazon and Ebay as well.

For locals here in Malaysia, you can get them in Jusco / AEON (supermarket area), Isetan (supermarket area) and Shojikiya outlet here.
