About Monette Van Lith:
Monette is a life coach, speaker, and trainer who helps busy parents, professionals, and families create better work-life balance. She coaches individual clients through changes in their career or personal life, or facing challenging circumstances that cause prolonged feelings of overwhelm or exhaustion. She also designs and facilitates training and workshops on managing and navigating complex and competing responsibilities at home and at work.
With 25 years of experience across four continents—including work with UNICEF, WHO, and the UN—she brings a global perspective to her coaching and corporate training programs.
She is the author of Family Matters, a resource for parents and anyone thinking about starting a family, to strengthen the cohesion between family members and to create an environment in which every individual can thrive.
Passionate about community building, she helps coordinate activities in her local community and regularly leads meaningful conversations that bring people from all walks of life together. She lives with her teenage son in the greater Boston area.
