Waco ISD: South Waco Elementary Teachers, administrators and education service personnel and the nurse participated in the National Walk to School Day event.

It happens annually on the first Wednesday of October and this is the second year in a row South Waco participated so we will make this a South Waco Elementary tradition.

Walking to School helps to incorporate physical exercise with learning and making friends and the kids are excited to see the teachers and join in on the fun.

At South Waco we are one big happy family and that's just how we roll!
