This was an easier round as we got lucky with logs and I was playing with some newer players. However it gives me a chance to illustrate some basic personoid principles that I've found to be helpful.

BIG TIP #1: Keep the group moving

There are a few basic gameplay mechanics I assume you're familiar with, that aren't discussed in detail here. One is the importance of using your bottles, which stun for 5 seconds, and are a vital tool to controlling a group -- you see this most clearly at 2:50. Another are escape pods (3:33), which give residents points when they use it while personoids are alive, but also causes the game to consider them deceased/eliminated in terms of victory conditions.

Tips from the video:
Tip #1: Don't help residents if you don't have to
Tip #2: Take advantage when the group moves or splits up
Tip #3: Be subtle, but encourage resident-on-resident suspicion
Tip #4: Build trust and make friends
Tip #5: Isolate group members whenever possible (re-light fires, let people wander off, leave them behind electricity, whatever)
Tip #6: If the group won't separate, then make them
Tip #7: If you're going to blow your cover, be fast and get kills
Tip #8: Always keep oxygen low
