New "AI"-based tools are coming out every day. We will look at three tools, oriented-towards working with research literature, that are increasingly known in the academic community. We will discuss their strengths, weaknesses, limitations, and options.

Research Rabbit (www.researchrabbit.ai/) advertises itself as an app that "unlocks a completely novel way to search for papers and authors, monitor new literature, visualize research landscapes, and collaborate with colleagues."

SciSpace (typeset.io/) claims it is "the easiest way to find, understand, and learn any research paper. For every paper you read, get simple explanations and answers from AI and discover a network of connected and relevant papers — all in one place."

Finally, Elicit (elicit.com/welcome) bills itself as a way researchers can "Automate time-consuming research tasks like summarizing papers, extracting data, and synthesizing your findings."
