Introducing Elite Performance's very own personal training client, Erin Lim! 🎉🏋️‍♀️ Erin has been training with us since 2018, and we are so proud of all the progress she has made in her athletic journey.

Erin's passion for paddling led her to make the decision to invest in personal training at Elite Performance. She knew that in order to elevate her paddling performance and compete at the world championships, she needed to take her training to the next level.

With the guidance and support of our experienced trainers, specifically Coach Rez, Erin has been able to achieve incredible results and reach her goals. Her dedication and hard work have paid off, and she continues to push herself to be the best she can be.

We are honored to have been a part of Erin's fitness journey and can't wait to see what amazing accomplishments she will achieve next! 💪🌟

Some of Erin's athletic accomplishments include:

Member of the Canadian National Dragon Boat Team for 5 World Championships, racing both in Premier Women and Premier Mixed
Erin has won multiple World Championships, including the Nations Cup in 2015

In August of 2022, Erin had the opportunity to represent Canada and race spring outrigger (V-1, V-6, V-12) at the World Outrigger Sprint Championships in London, England.

Erin is currently paddling on False Creek Premier, a top local team in British Columbia, and coached by two of Canada's most decorated coaches. As member of False Creek Premier, Erin has won races locally, nationally and internationally.

With False Creek Premier, Erin is currently preparing to race at Nationals in Welland, Ontario in July. Their goal is to win a top 3 spot so that they can represent Canada at the IDBF World Club Crews in Ravenna, Italy, September 5-8, 2024.

Erin is a Team Canada-hopeful for the World Outrigger Sprint Championships in Hilo, Hawaii, August 2024.
