Paruppu Urundai Kulambu

Ingredients
Toor dal – ½ cup (100 grams)
Chana dal – ½ cup
Moong dal – 2 tbl spoon
Dry chilli – 3
Ginger
Garlic cloves – 4
Fennel seeds – 1 teaspoon
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Chopped onion – 3 tbl spoon
Chopped coconut – 2 tbl spoon
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Asafoetida
Gingelly oil – 3 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Fenugreek – ¼ teaspoon
Fennel seeds – ¼ teaspoon
Onion – 1 (big size)
Chopped garlic cloves – 10
Curry leaves
Paste of 2 tomatoes
Chilli powder – 1 ½ teaspoon
Coriander powder – 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Tamarind juice of small lemon size
Salt
Chopped coconut – 5 to 6 tbl spoon
Cinnamon stick – 1
Cloves – 2
Fennel seeds – ¼ teaspoon
Coriander leaves
