1987 Jeep Cherokee Renix 4.0 Idle Miss - Rough Idle - Issue Found!

Описание к видео 1987 Jeep Cherokee Renix 4.0 Idle Miss - Rough Idle - Issue Found!

UPDATE 11/19/15: This ended up being caused by a valve sticking or a lifter being bad. I am going to continue to troubleshoot, but i simply loosened the rocker bolt for the exhaust valve and boom... it ran smooth as silk. I do have a slight tick from that valve, but I will take it at this point. I will figure out what needs to be done to fix this issue. The way I found what the issue was, is simply by looking at all of the rockers, and I noticed that the exhaust rocker on cylinder 6 was not moving as much... See my other video that I uploaded showing the rockers moving. let me know if you have any questions, hopefully this video and the other 2 that I have uploaded to this point help you!

This thing is a pain in the butt!!! But I can not let it beat me... Any help at all would be appreciated.

So far I have:
Checked ground on TPS = perfect
Set TPS to 17% of 4.81 = .83
Refreshed grounds
Cleaned and swapped MAP and IAC with working one from my other Renix 4.0
Cleaned throttle body
Changed plugs to new champion copper gapped at .35
New wires
New distributor cap
New distributor rotor
Checked compression = 150+ on all cylinders
Checked spark with each wire and each plug in each cylinder
Tightened intake bolts on top
Sprayed all vacuum hoses with starting fluid to check for leaks
New O2 Sensor
Cleaned coolant temp connection
Checked EGR function

Have not but plan to:
Tighten intake manifold bolts on bottom (any tips on doing this? Very hard to get to)
Check fuel pressure
Check vacuum psi
Replace all hoses for vacuum
Check voltage from Crank Position Sensor
Test coolant temp Sensor
Test air temp Sensor
Check timing mark vs distributor position
