September 15, 2021 El Paso County Salary Grievance Hearing

This meeting may include one or more members of the Salary Grievance Committee that will participate
by videoconference, and El Paso County employees that may participate by videoconference, which is
allowed pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.127. A quorum of the Salary Grievance
Committee will be physically present at the El Paso County Courthouse, Commissioners Court Chambers,
500 East San Antonio, Room 303, El Paso, Texas 79901. The presiding chair will be physically present at
the location listed above. The meeting is open to the public during the open portions of the meeting, and
the Grievance Committee members who may participate by videoconference shall be visible and audible
to the public for as long as the Grievance Committee Member is able to participate.
Any matter listed on the agenda may be discussed in Executive Session at the discretion of the Salary
Grievance Commission and following verbal announcement, if an appropriate section to the open meeting
requirement of the Texas Open Meetings Act is applicable.
