Join me for this sweaty, fat burning indoor walking workout! We are going to walk 5000 steps during this workout! It's a safe pregnancy workout, postpartum workout and you can even do it babywearing! It includes a warm up and a cool down. I do use optional light dumbbells (1-2lbs), but you can do it with water-bottles or no weights at all. If you are babywearing and need to support your baby's head, you can only do the leg movements (it's all standing) or only grab 1 weight to support your baby with the other hand. This workout is a crusher - if you did any part of it you did incredible!
