Elle gets her wish--a beacon and sanctuary against the blight. Inspiration for this came from the city description in the chapter select menu, as well as small touches here and there from the building community (straw doors as privacy screens, etc).

Incidentally, I ran into the same issue of running out of space to place things within town limits, and discovered the hard way that roofing tiles are considered 'placeable items' instead of typical blocks (blocks don't fall under that limit, nor is there a limit of any kind outside of town). Hopefully the devs will consider changing how roofing tiles are classified in a patch, so I can properly finish this. Obviously, without such constraints, all buildings in town would have roofs.
