Since food make our life comfortable it is essential to us. In Sri Lanka people make different food according to their taste. Pittu is one of tasty, healthy and easy food make with coconut and rice flour. It can eat as a breakfast or a dinner. First I arranged pittu bambuwa which is used for cooking pittu. It is made with bamboo trunk, Then it will be safer than artificial instrument. In village cooking pittu is simple to repair. I a ready to make pittu. I mixed rice flour, coconut, salt and water together. Next the mixture was inserted in to pittu bambuwa and cooked well by using steam. It does not take too much time to have delicious pittu.
